Participants involved: 19 – Warsaw, Poland, February 2025
The WP3 pilot training in Poland was implemented by DIP – International Center of Dialogue, Innovations and Future in Warsaw. The training engaged young participants in an in-person format, focusing on the identification of fraud and disinformation in contemporary media.
The pilot followed the WP3 course “Fraud Identifier: Depiction for Media Awareness”, structured around five thematic modules addressing media literacy, manipulation techniques, social influence, fact-checking, and psychosocial effects of digital communication. Particular attention was given to culturally sensitive narratives and misinformation related to conflicts and migration.
All participants successfully completed the final test, achieving high average scores and demonstrating strong knowledge retention. Feedback highlighted the practical relevance of the training and its applicability to everyday media consumption.
The Polish pilot confirmed the effectiveness of the WP3 approach in promoting critical awareness and empowering young people to respond responsibly to misleading information.
