Participants involved: 16 – Bonn, Germany, 03/06/2025
The WP3 pilot training in Germany was organized by Erasmus ME Academy and held in Bonn as an in-person learning activity. The pilot brought together young participants interested in developing advanced media literacy skills and understanding the mechanisms behind fraud and misinformation.
The training implemented the WP3 course “Fraud Identifier: Depiction for Media Awareness”, structured around five thematic modules addressing virtual safety, manipulation techniques, media influence, fact-checking strategies, and psychosocial impacts of digital content. The agenda combined theoretical inputs with practical exercises and group discussions.
Evaluation results showed excellent outcomes: all participants successfully completed the final test, with an average accuracy score of 98.6%. Feedback highlighted the clarity of the modules, the relevance of real-life examples, and the practical usefulness of the tools provided.
The German pilot confirmed the effectiveness of the WP3 methodology in strengthening young people’s critical thinking, awareness of digital risks, and capacity to identify misleading information in everyday media consumption.
