The WP3 pilot training in Greece was implemented by InnovED at the 1st Experimental Middle High School of Larissa. The activity targeted young people aged 13–18, including participants facing social and educational vulnerabilities.
The pilot delivered the WP3 course “Fraud Identifier: Depiction for Media Awareness” through five structured modules addressing media literacy, manipulation and disinformation, social dynamics, fact-checking, and the psychological effects of digital media. The training emphasized active participation and experiential learning.
A key outcome of the Greek pilot was the creation of 20 short videos produced by the participants, demonstrating their understanding of manipulation techniques and responsible media communication. All participants successfully completed the final evaluation, and satisfaction questionnaires reported very positive feedback.
The pilot highlighted the strong potential of creative and practice-based approaches in engaging young people and reinforcing critical media awareness skills.
